Making its mark on the Vancouver brunch scene for over 15 years, starting each brunch with famed complimentary mini doughnuts and fruit smoothie shooters, guests can now enjoy these along with a delicious lineup of brunch items every Saturday and Sunday.
Executive Chef Ryan Haapala has reimagined Glowbal Yaletown’s original brunch favourites, adding contemporary twists to the classics. Green Eggs & Ham (spinach scrambled eggs, smoked country ham, miniature buttermilk scones), Lobster Benedict (half of a 1.5 pound atlantic lobster, champagne hollandaise), Belgian Waffles (caramelized bananas, white chocolate mousse) and Stuffed French Toast (hot maple syrup served tableside), along with classic mimosas and Caesars.
In addition, Glowbal is excited to introduce a $10 Eggs Benedict menu, featuring The Original (Canadian back bacon), The Florentine (creamed spinach and leeks) and The West Coast (rock shrimp and roasted peppers) each served with house hollandaise and potato hash.
