Italian Kitchen Alberni and Park Royal are excited to participate in this year’s campaign, EAT (RED). DRINK (RED). SAVE LIVES. Not your average Sangria! With an ingredient list that includes Falernum and Galliano & Passion Fruit Foam, Italian Kitchen’s (RED) Sangria 2.0 makes the perfect patio day refreshment.
What You Will Need (makes 1 pitcher, 6 glasses):
1 bottle of your favorite red wine
6oz Cointreau
6oz Falernum (a great recipe HERE should you wish to make your own!)
9oz Pomegranate Juice
9oz Pineapple Juice
Top with Galliano & Passion Fruit Foam (recipe below)
Sliced apple and strawberries, your desired amount
6 springs of Mint
In a pitcher, add chopped apple and strawberries. Pour all ingredients in to pitcher and add ice. To serve, pour in to wine glasses and top with foam. Garnish with a spring of mint. Serve and enjoy!
Galliano & Passion Fruit Foam (recipe for 500ml)
In an iSi whipped cream dispenser, add the following:
15oz Passion Fruit Puree
2.5oz Galliano (vanilla liqueur)
3oz Egg White
Load with 1 cartridge. If 1 cartridge does not create enough foam, shake well, and load another cartridge.
