Favourite Glowbal Group restaurant?
Trattoria.  It makes me feel back home.

Favourite fast food restaurant? What do you order when you go there?
McDonalds. I have been ordering Big Macs for the past couple of decades.

If you could pick your dream job, anything in the entire world to be, what would you pick and why?
I would probably be a chef. Cooking has been a great passion of mine since I was a kid.

If you could pick one celebrity to have dinner with, who would it be?
Chef Ramsay, I just love what he does!

Would you rather go camping in the wild, or camping at the Fairmont?
Camping in the wild…on a beach preferably!

What would you describe as being your ideal weekend?
Cooking for my family and friends, savoring some good wine and enjoying life!

If you had to eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
I would probably choose a Caprese salad with some grilled chicken breast, touch of olive oil. I would have some oranges too. You have to oranges!

What was the first concert you ever went to?
The first concert that I saw was Vasco Rossi.  I was 14 and I still remember the day like was yesterday.

What song could you listen to on repeat and never get sick of?
Learning to Fly, Pink Floyd…timeless.

What are you scared of?
Scared?….hmm….let me think about it…..

What would you say is your biggest personal accomplishment to date?
Being able to do what I love…not everybody is that fortunate!!!
