Powerhouse Pink Luncheon

Vancouver’s powerhouse women came together today for the kick off of Pink Shirt Day’s Anti-Bullying Campaign.
70 women gathered at SOCIETY Dining Lounge for an exclusive and intimate luncheon, where emcee’s Fiona Forbes and Karen Khunkhun took to the floor and spoke to the true meaning of Pink Shirt Day and the importance of educating ourselves about anti-bullying. Despite the dreary weather, it was a lovely afternoon and the room was charged with an amazing energy.
A fantastic Pink Shirt Day silent auction stirred up quite a few bidding wars, where net proceeds benefit the CKNW Orphans’ Fund in support of Boys & Girls Clubs Anti-Bullying programs. Congratulations to all of the silent auction winners!
The Glowbal Collection was so happy to host and participate in the first annual Pink Shirt Day Ladies Luncheon and we look forward to making it a yearly event.
