Cocktail: Candy Collins

Ingredients:
1 oz of Gin
.5 oz Lemon Juice
Dash of Simple Syrup
Splash of Soda
Pink Cotton Candy
Tools:
Cubed Ice
Measuring shot glass
Double rocks glass
Straw
Instructions:
Take a rocks glass and fill with cubed ice. Pouring over the ice, add gin, lemon juice, a dash of simple syrup and top with soda. Garnish with a large bundle of cotton candy placed directly on top of the cocktail. Before drinking, but after oooing and ahhing over the showstopping drink, stir in the cotton candy. The candy floss with melt into the drink, giving it the perfect added sweetness. Amazing!
