Cocktail: Cucumber & Black Pepper Fizz

Where You Can Find It: Black+Blue

Ingredients:
1oz Bombay Sapphire
.5oz St Germain
1 inch muddled cucumber
.5oz lemon juice
Topped with soda
Cracked black pepper
Cucumber slice

Tools:
Cubed Ice
Bar muddler
Boston shaker glass
Collins glass
Straw

Method:
Muddle the cucumber in a Boston shaker with a couple of ice cubes. Pour in the remaining ingredients and fill with ice. Shake very well. Strain over crushed ice into a collins glass and top with soda and a touch of cracked black pepper.

Perfect for:
Sitting back in a leather booth at Black+Blue while watching Vancouver’s finest walk through the doors.
