Memories of a Geisha
1 oz Sake
Splash Pink Grapefruit Juice
Splash Ginger Beer
Splash Champagne
Build cocktail over cubed ice in a Champagne flute and serve. Garnish with a sliced lemon wheel.

Sanafir Lights
.5 oz Banff Ice Vodka
.5 of Triple Sec
Splash Red Bull
Splash Cranberry Juice
Splash Champagne
Build cocktail over cubed ice in a Champagne flute and serve. Garnish with a fresh sliced strawberry.

Bitters & Bubbles
.5 oz Brandy
1 Sugar Cube
Bitters
Soak sugar cube in bitters until saturated. Place sugar cube into Champagne flute and add Brandy. Top with Champagne and serve.

Kedros
.5 oz Compari
Splash Passion Fruit Puree
Splash Pink Grapefruit Juice
Splash Champagne
Build over cubed ice in Champagne flute and serve.
