The 2 months of the year that we all patiently wait for are finally here – our umbrellas overconfidently tucked away and our winter jackets put under the bed. It is the time of year when summer parties are planned and the BBQ grocery lists are made. This year, we have a few more items you might want to add to that list.
Each week until Labour Day weekend, we will be showcasing our Chefs favorite summer-barbeque dishes – as seen on the picnic table above. Fresh salads, juicy steak, saucy ribs, refreshing cocktails…everything to create a BBQ worthy of an Executive Chef nod of approval.
