A Day at Bosa Foods | The Prosciutto Process

May 23, 2012

Bosa Foods has been providing the lower mainland with authentic Italian ingredients since 1957.  Their stocked shelves are unrivaled in this city;  with hundreds of oils, vinegars, olives,  meats and cheeses, breads, coffees and Italian sodas – not to mention the slew of both fresh and dried pastas.

Here in the Glowbal restaurants, we love ourselves a good Prosciutto!

Watch as Chef Ryan Gauthier travels back to Bosa Foods, to speak with head honcho Victor Benedet about the old world tradition of processing and slicing Prosciutto. Buon Appetito!!
