What inspired you or how did you start in the hospitality business?
My love of food and the stress of it all.

What’s your favorite part of the restaurant business?
Umm… the food! And guests.
Do you have a favorite GRG location? Why?
Before, it was Trattoria! It was my home and the only Glowbal Restaurant I had visited before starting with the Glowbal Group.
Other than the restaurant business, what jobs or careers have you held?
I have been a photographer and a landscaper.
If you weren’t in this business, what would you be doing?
Photography!! It was my first love.
If you could live anywhere else in the world where would it be?
Chicago.
What band(s) are played most on your Ipod right now?
Portishead, The Pixies, A Tribe Called Quest and Led Zeppelin

As a kid, what did you want to be when you “grew up”?
For some strange reason a vet! I have always had a cat living with me!
My oldest one lived to be 27(human years!) I have always had a love for animals, on and off the plate!
