A lot of time goes into creating a menu. Conceptualizing, tasting, tweaking and a final presentation in our Glowbal Test Kitchen for Emad, who then gives it a final approval.
With the launch of new menus at Italian Kitchen and Trattoria this week, we wanted to give you a sneak peek into how the process works as Corporate Chef Ryan Gauthier, Italian Kitchen’s Chef Shaughn Halls and Trattoria’s Chef Jon Chuy all entered our Test Kitchen.
