Inside the Glowbal Test Kitchen

A lot of time goes into creating a menu.  Conceptualizing, tasting, tweaking and a final presentation in our Glowbal Test Kitchen for Emad, who then gives it a final approval.

With the launch of new menus at Italian Kitchen and Trattoria this week, we wanted to give you a sneak peek into how the process works as Corporate Chef Ryan Gauthier, Italian Kitchen’s  Chef Shaughn Halls and Trattoria’s Chef Jon Chuy all entered our Test Kitchen.

The outcome was great and we’re excited to be featuring many new items on both menus.  Check out the video below to see a start to finish session in Glowbal’s Test Kitchen!
