glowbal grill is excited to welcome back Crepe Chef Nathalie Galin during the month of March. Nathalie will be serving her sweet and savoury creations every Saturday between 10:30-3pm.

About Nathalie:
Nathalie Galin’s passion was spurred by her grandmother who was from the birth place of the crepe, Brittany, France. She later refined her art and built an impressive reputation in her Montreal creperie.
Nathalie joined us during the 2010 Olympics as our featured street vendor in the heart of Yaletown. She became an instant hit serving over 500 eager customers a day. We are pleased to bring her back due to popular demand as our featured in-house Crepe Chef. Be sure to chat with this talented and charming chef as you pass her by.
