  9. Thea says:

Is there any limit on how many cards you can use? We got 4 x $50 cards from Costco, can we combine them all on one bill (for two people)?

    • glowbalgroup says:

You can – up to a max of $1000. Please note that Costco gift cards cannot be combined with other promotions, such as a Burger & a Beer Friday or Cocktail Hour. We look forward to having you in! Please let us know if we can assist in making a reservation.

  10. Irene says:

Can Costco giftcards be used during dine out?

    • glowbalgroup says:

Hi Irene. Costco Gift Cards may not be used in combination with Dine Out Vancouver. We look forward to having you in!

  11. Susan says:

Hi: Can I cash out my gift card if I don’t use the whole amount?

  12. Nadeen Bradshaw` says:

Can the gift cards be used on Take Out Orders?

    • glowbalgroup says:

Yes! The only stipulation is that if it is a Costco Card or promotional white gift card, it cannot be combined with other promotions such as 15% off take out at Trattoria. Otherwise, gift cards are valid for take out! Hope that helps.

  13. eddy says:

Can I leave a balance on my gift card for future use? I just purchased 2 $120 gift cards for $200. Can I use it on the Happy Hour menu?

    • glowbalgroup says:

Hi Eddy. There are no expiry dates on the gift cards and any remaining balance can be used at a later date. For these particular gift cards, they can be used for the Cocktail Hour menu. Enjoy!

  14. Rob says:

I noticed you state that giftcards “cannot be used for large party events, where giftcards are excluded”. Can you clarify what counts as a large party event? Thank you

    • glowbalgroup says:

Hi Rob. Many times we have a gift card promotion running – for example, purchase a $100 gift card and receive a bonus $25 gift card. As the $25 gift card was received through a promotion, this card would not be valid to use for a large party booking. Hope that clarifies. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to email and we would be happy to help.
