Where did you grow up?
The wild plains of Alberta.
What inspired you to get into the hospitality business?
I started as a dishwasher, and it shames me but the movie Cocktail inspired me. Insert embarrassed face here.
Tell us a bit about your work history.
Finished my first year of Chef Apprentice for the Sheraton in Calgary.
Finished my first level of the wine sommelier program.
Bartender at Joe Fortes
Head Bartender, Bar Manager, Beverage Manager, Senior Assistant General Manager, General Manager, Managing Partner and all around nicest guy in Glowbal Group.
What’s your favorite part of the restaurant business?
The people and the energy. Love both!
Other than the restaurant business, what jobs have you held?
I once worked in a Saw Mill, Pallet Reconstruction and Land Scaping. At the age of 10 I worked weekends in my Father’s warehouse stocking trucks and shelves.
If you weren’t in this business, what would you be doing?
I ask myself that everyday.
What don’t we know about you?
I am an avid reader and dream of writing award winning novels and spending a lifetime studying anthropology and prehistory.
If you could be mentored or coached by any famous wrestler who would it be?
Chris Jericho.

As a kid, what did you want to be when you “grew up”?
Archeologist.
