“Going Global” is Happening Now!

The Glowbal Collection is taking you on a culinary tour with its ‘global’ inspired menus. Until September 3rd, each location will be featuring a menu that highlights a different region.

Indulge in the delights of the Pacific Northwest at COAST. A bounty of crab is served - including Chilled Cucumber & Melon Soup, Whole Roasted Crab and King Crab “Thermidor”.

Sanafir takes you to Singapore. Savour Tamarind Seared Tiger Prawn Rojak Salad, Potong Kari Ayam and Honeydew Sago. Having earned a worldwide reputation for being some of the most inventive and delightful, Singapore inspired cuisine is an experience to be relished.

Society plays with the quirk of L.A. Diners this month! Fun and funky comfort food includes Cucumber & Gin Gazpacho, a to die for Ahi Tuna Burger and the full-on diner staple….Angel Food Cake.

Mangia e Bevi in Umbria!! Italian Kitchen celebrates Carne Di Maiale – including Shaved Prosciutto, Grilled Pork Chop and Warm Stone Fruit Frangipani Crumble.

Trattoria transports you to Le Marche, a region in Central Italy where cuisine is influenced by both the fields and the Sea. Menu highlights include Braised Wild Boar Shoulder, Brodetto All’Anconietana (a delectable seafood soup) and the most ultimate Crema Fritta.

glowbal grill features Southern Love. Comfort favourites like Fried Chicken Leg with Buttermilk Biscuits, Bourbon BBQ Baby Back Ribs and Blackened Cajun Catfish will have you singing Dixie!
