The Olympics have been a time of celebration and victory for Vancouverites and Canadians alike. Sadly, one of the most important days of the year passed us with little fanfare…Valentines Day. Restaurants have been packed, working hours have been crazy, and finding time to spend with that “Special Someone” has been next to impossible.
