A behind the scenes look at Yorkshire Pudding

In anticipation for glowbal grill’s famous Sunday night Prime Rib Dinner, the Chefs bring a camera back into the kitchen and provide a sneak peak in the art of Yorkshire Pudding preparation.

10oz Slow Roasted Prime Rib $28.00 or Pre Fix for $35.00 including; House made Yorkshire pudding, organic arugula, heirloom tomato salad, apple wood smoked cheddar poutine.

BIGGER cuts are available.

Yorkshire Pudding Recipe

1L Milk, 1L All Purpose Flour, 1L Whole Eggs

  1. Mix milk and Flour using a whisk, then add in the eggs
  2. Pass through a strainer to remove any lumps and air pockets
  3. Set aside to rest for 30 min-2 hrs.
  4. In a muffin pan fill each hole 25% of the way with canola oil
  5. Place pan in the oven at 350 degrees until oil begins to smoke.
  6. When the oil is smoking add the batter to the pans and put back in the oven.
  7. 30-45 minutes, puddings should reach golden brown color. Remove from oven and enjoy!
