A behind the scenes look at Yorkshire Pudding
In anticipation for glowbal grill’s famous Sunday night Prime Rib Dinner, the Chefs bring a camera back into the kitchen and provide a sneak peak in the art of Yorkshire Pudding preparation.

Yorkshire Pudding Recipe
1L Milk, 1L All Purpose Flour, 1L Whole Eggs
- Mix milk and Flour using a whisk, then add in the eggs
- Pass through a strainer to remove any lumps and air pockets
- Set aside to rest for 30 min-2 hrs.
- In a muffin pan fill each hole 25% of the way with canola oil
- Place pan in the oven at 350 degrees until oil begins to smoke.
- When the oil is smoking add the batter to the pans and put back in the oven.
- 30-45 minutes, puddings should reach golden brown color. Remove from oven and enjoy!
